^Notice the ear piece, matching pants and shoes, and the fact that they were standing together as if they knew eachother but then appear to not be in a group while against the wall.

A video on Youtube also appears to capture a member wearing similar garb walking around the marathon post-explosion with something that looks like a detonator, but in actuality could be a radiation detector.

What is this guy holding? - Boston Marathon Bombing - YouTube

This is only a TINY bit of info and media to back this up. Couple this with the below tweets and articles and you have a story:

Also witnesses who were participating reported they were told by officials to not be alarmed by the presence of bomb squad officers and dogs as it was only a drill:

Default Are Alex Jones’ Conspiracy Theories Beyond the Pale? - See more at: http://disinfo.com/2013/04/are-alex-jones-conspiracy

When it comes to a voice in the wilderness Alex Jones can always be counted on to the one baying at the moon!

"Usually, it would be best to ignore conspiracy-mongers such as Alex Jones and not reward him and his angry gaggle of paranoiac followers with any sort of attention. But, in a week when thoughts of the dead and maimed victims of the Boston Marathon bombings weigh heavy on the hearts and minds of most Americans, it is worth pointing out what a worthless waste of skin and bones Jones and his minions happen to be."
