The GOP is responsible for the appropriation of funds??? Did the GOP draw up the budget? The budget can be subjected to amendment. Was an amendment to the budget ever submitted by the administration to shift funds from one section to increase the funding for national security for embassies which the GOP refused?
Yes the GOP, since it has the majority of the House, is responsible for appropriation of funding.

We have established that there was no consulate in Benghazi. Did the GOP House approve funding for security in high risk countries at non embassy or consulate sites? Would a covert CIA house continue to be "covert" if there were military guards around it?

The horse and pony show GOP figures that they can implicate Obama in some fabricated conspiracy to continue their sabotaging of his Presidency, while at the same time attempting to bring Hillary down before the 2016 election. The consulate was actually not a consulate at all. Rather it was an building for covert CIA operations. I am sure there is a lot of classified information that will not be released publicly. However, the deeper the GOP digs, the more likely they will end up with egg on their own faces.

Well I'm glad to see that you now understand that Benghazi was not an Embassy nor a Consulate.
We went back and forth on that yesterday and I provided the link of all US Embassies/Consulates and Benghazi was not there.
The committee was already briefed that there are some issues regarding Benghazi they are not allowed to ask about and they are obliging.
