I am conservative, I am a man, and I love women's bodies. I however understand there is a time and place to view those bodies, and a public parade is not either of those.
I've wondered aloud many times where this notion that people are entitled not to be offended ever started. It seems to be growing.
Our opinions are a lot closer then you may realize. I think everyone should question their view of the world even if they have to be offended to do it. But how is what she did thought provoking? All you are doing is insulting people. Do you really think that this made a single Catholic question anything at all? In my opinion she almost crossed the line and engaged in hate speach.
It is just like when the Conservative radio hosts demonize the left. Or when some hardcore leftist just assume that people that don't like Obama are rascist. It doesn't add anything to the debate. It actually really hurts the debate because it polarizes people.
Look what is happening. She took the focus off of the abused children and put it on her. Now look at how many people are trying to defend the Catholic Church.
