You can't just throw people in jail. What law did they break?
The progressive-leaning investigative journalism group ProPublica says the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) office that targeted and harassed conservative tax-exempt groups during the 2012 election cycle gave the progressive group nine confidential applications of conservative groups whose tax-exempt status was pending.
The commendable admission lends further evidence to the lengths the IRS went during an election cycle to silence tea party and limited government voices.
ProPublica says the documents the IRS gave them were “not supposed to be made public”:
a full day of news coverage yesterday with lawyers on CNN and MSNBC(didnt watch FOX) and i heard no one say they broke a law.
You probably didn't hear that this was going on in offices in Washington and California either did you?

Obviously. He's a citizen, not as if he can prove it. But Obamas IRS made its own bed, now lives with the consequences. I have no doubt he was targeted. This is a tyrannical administration
The fact that irrefutable evidence exists that the acting IRS Commissioner and one of his top people knew about the targeting of conservative groups and allowed it to go on and neither the President nor his Treasury Secretary have demanded resignations
So, just like Nancy Pelosi, you not only seek to marginalize the impacts of the current scandals (Benghazi, IRS, AP phone records) you also want to use the opportunity to overturn a Supreme Court decision you don't like because it led a loss of the liberal edge in political fundraising from labor unions? That about sum things up?

And? They should of never gotten to the point they had to revise anything.
Having said that one of the revisions for targeting and I qoute from the report:
