Obviously. He's a citizen, not as if he can prove it. But Obamas IRS made its own bed, now lives with the consequences. I have no doubt he was targeted. This is a tyrannical administration

The fact that irrefutable evidence exists that the acting IRS Commissioner and one of his top people knew about the targeting of conservative groups and allowed it to go on and neither the President nor his Treasury Secretary have demanded resignations

Having said that one of the revisions for targeting and I qoute from the report:
