For example:

-A plea deal offering a lesser sentence in a case.
-A pharmaceutical or medical device company might offer free training or other benefits to doctors who prescribe its drug.
-A benefit or pension provider might provide cash or another bonus to brokers who convince companies to choose their services over those of another provider.

Why is political bribery wrong but yet used in our justice system often?

I'm not sure where you'e going here. A plea deal has nothing to do with bribery.

Here is a definition I found.

Bribe = persuade (someone) to act in one's favor, typically illegally or dishonestly, by a gift of money or other inducement

One can never say that a plea agreement is not because some bribe went on but you can't base anything on the idea that someone might abuse it.

A plea agreement is only agreed upon when there is a above board benefit for both sides. With a bribe, the bribe remains hidden.

Plea agreements are explained.

"We agreed to 20 years to life for a guilty plea so the 10 year old that was molested wouldn't have to testify".

Not a bribe. In the courts, the judges and prosecutors are not offering the plea to better their statuses. They often do this to save the courts and tax payers time and money to avoid going to trial.

Under that definition, any deal can be considered a bribe. For instance, just recently, I induced a cab driver to take me to the airport by a gift of money.

No, then there's no comparison. Plea deals are legal, bribes are not.

i always say the same things about lobbyist. i give you money to persuade you to push my agenda. That is bribery. Lobbying should be illegal. But since the politicians benefit from it, they will never vote against it.
