Sure. Get a bullet through the heart at close range and now TM was capable of dragging himself across the lawn. And while dragging himself across the lawn his last thought was the lesson he just learned (as has been stated by a couple of other posters).

They may advise it, but it is far from a lawful order.

Oh please!!!! It makes a difference and it factors in because GZ claimed he was acting in the capacity as a neighborhood watchman. The HOA sent out a notice that GZ was the captain of the (unregistered) Neighborhood Watch and he was the contact person.

Your need to be right about everything is absolutely pathetic.

I guess the HOA took it upon themselves to appoint GZ the neighborhood watchman and failed to inform him. Or GZ never got the notice so he didn't know he was the neighborhood watch captain, OR GZ was aware of it and failed to inform them that they were wrong?

As were GZs wounds - nothing serious. After being examined, he didn't require any medical attention or hospitalization required, just a couple of band aids.

I agree. But GZ never attended any training whatsoever. As I said they give guidance and advice that members. Maybe if he been better informed this would not have happened.

Maybe his father, the ex-judge, mentored him.
