30 agencies to find. Really, I flip off a car and they call the cops, they find me in 10 minutes, yet that is hard to find?

The word is suppose to be "rise", not "raise".

The South may rise again, the Hunley sure didn't.

More interestingly, The Sons of Confederate Veterans have an "H.L. Hunley Camp"? One hopes the water activities are very closely supervised.

Harrier thought that also, but he will allow the OP to clarify, and until this is done, will assume that the OP meant "raise".

Opinions differ, but to me, there's "brave" and then there's "volunteer to man a machine that has already killed two crews without approaching the enemy". The latter being perhaps a bit on the "reckless" side.
