"Urban" and "tough" are code words for "black." No one that I know of would ever presume the toughest school in America to be a bastion if whiteness. And they would be right. The single parent welfare society that pervades in the black community is an absolute disgrace. None of us should be surprised that this is the offspring that are spawned from this wayward community.
Yep, though this problem is in white society as well. The fact is however that single moms raising kids on welfare without dad around (and in fact dad was never married to mom)is creating this issue. We can be PC and say single parenthood is just as good as married parents but it's not. I would never date a man who fathered children out of wedlock because to me someone like him is adding to the problem. I'm not talking an "oops" mistake as teen, talking several out of wedlock, often with more than one woman.
Rahm Emanuel, Marxist Americas right hand man, has just shut down over 50 schools, all black dominated. The biggest school closing in history.
Even the leftist agree that black schools and black children are unteachable.

Emanuel was able to close these schools, because no one important enough cared to stop him. you do realize, though, that these children are just going to go to other schools, right? class sizes will increase all over the city, not just in these areas.

I was responding to someone who suggested that the President's children ought to be enrolled in this particular school, insinuating he created the situation.
Here's another thing though when we blame all black people as contributing, there are man who are decent. There was a black kid in Chicago named Blair Holt who was killed protecting a classmate. His parents are married and in fact one is a cop and the other a firefighter.
