Those that benefit the corporate profits, or those that benefit the average tax payer?
Certain countries have gone the distance to protect the average tax payer and it has been pretty good for many people, though you often hear about complaints of high prices. These countries have stricter border control and policies that keep manufacturing and the middle class inside the country.
Other countries took an effort to make it easy to obtain and use cheap labor and products. Many take advantage of that, but there are complaints about jobs and immigration.
