2 governors have affirmed the validity of obama's birth certificate in public statements. i have never claimed that there have been signed legal documents by them.

So, HI didn't send AZ a certified copy of Obama's BC when AZ was investigating Obam's Constitutional eligibility because? Hmmm...
Instead, all they sent AZ was a legally invalid so-called "confirmation."
