Of course she's biased for the prosecution! Otherwise, she'd have only ruled against them, and left the defense's issues stand! (J/K)

That seems to be Zimmerman's line. God's will and all.

In fact this trial is just as much about wealth or the lack of it. Zimmerman, though not wealthy before this trial, has had more than $100,000 to fund his defense. The prosecution---obviously not operating with that kind of funding. I read that the youngest district attorney on their team, Rich Mantei, makes about $96,000 a year. Mark O'mara probably makes that in a month or even half a month, in a good year.

And why does Zimmerman have this much money in his fund? Who do you think is sending him money? People who resent the idea that "uppity" blacks got upset over this, and pressed for a trial. And gun rights advocates no doubt.

It's ALL political.
Oh...you mean political in how Angela Corey rushed the prosecution before ALL evidence was materialized because of massive social, racially biased pressure?? For no benefit except to galvanize a voting bloc?

You mean political like THAT??

True, to you and many others, the trial wasn't particularly necessary to prove it wasn't self defense. You've known that for a year or more.
I will really listen closely to the judges instructions. If it is put that way, I really dont know how they convict him on anything.

And its too bad the texts on Martin's phone werent allowed. That would be another huge blow to the state's already deflated case. Seeing the mentality of Martin, into fighting and thinking of getting an illegal gun would give even more backing of Zimmermans case.

I would have to ask why a 17 year old was illegally packing a gun no matter what color he might be.
ok, in this thought experiment, make it an 18 year old, or 21 year old, whatever age you need to be to have a concealed handgun in FL.

Mark O'Mara & West have been working for free for the last year. The prosecution spent $70,000 on ONE witness. One that didn't even testify. The crazy "hearing specialist" who couldn't hear and wasn't allowed to testify because he was so full of BS.
The prosecution has resources the defense could never afford- including 4 different groups of law enforcement investigating this case- Sanford PD, FDLE, FBI, and investigators for the prosecutor's office.

The prosecution spent $820,000 investigating & prosecuting the Casey Anthony case. $100,000 is a laughable amount compared to what the prosecution is spending.

Do you really believe that Trayvon would not have been arrested on the spot, and that the headline a year ago would not have been:

"Juvenile Who Shot Unarmed Florida Man After Altercation to Be Tried as Adult"

Funny stuff...pure fantasy that can't be proven...You have a very active imagination....

Why are you so biased against white people, though?

That would have been the final nail.

Seems like a good argument that the state held back the evidence.

That is a failure and an admission.
Since the beginning, I have never focused on this for the obvious reason that George Zimmerman should have stayed put and allowed professional law enforcement handle the non issue of a kid walking home.

I'd be on GZ like white on rice if I thought that he was a no one of importance and without authority with who knows what intentions zeroing in on me.

Yes, but in that scenario and assuming the shooter was a 21-year-old black male (because of having to be that old for a concealed carry permit), what do you think would have happened? Seriously.
