I know, it's hilarious, right? The FBI sent a dozen agents to Sanford just to investigate Zimmerman who was already being investigating by the Sanford PD and the FDLE, and the DOJ was helping plan and execute protests against this one private citizen. But he was the wealthy controller of the universe, right?

The prosecution has resources the defense could never afford- including 4 different groups of law enforcement investigating this case- Sanford PD, FDLE, FBI, and investigators for the prosecutor's office.

The prosecution spent $820,000 investigating & prosecuting the Casey Anthony case. $100,000 is a laughable amount compared to what the prosecution is spending.
How do you know those lawyers are working for free?

Pointless fantasy. Completely irrelevant. Seriously.

That's because we all know that had the roles been reversed, and Trayvon been the shooter, he'd be in prison right now.

Having watched a bit of the proceedings today - I can tell for political reasons the court (the judge) is bound and determined to convict Zimmerman regardless. It appeared that there was an obvious bias taking place - and Zimmerman is being set up to be the sacrificial lamb and he knows it. The reason he did not take the stand is that he is not sharp enough NOT to be coerced into saying things that will compromise his position and would certainly under the power of a killed cross examination convict himself - guilty or not.

I am not a fan of Zimmerman...and certainly not a fan of the American judicial system. Zimmerman has the right to wait to the bitter end and have his legal people size up the situation in regards to him possibly incriminating himself.

All the prosecution would have to ask would be a simple liberal progressive question..."Do you have an anger problem?" - They would have squeezed a YES out of him no matter what...As far as media...Zimmerman was screwed the moment the very President of the United States of America tainted public perception of the case through his racially charged remarks...."If I had a son he would have looked like Travon Martin"..........Obama convicted Zimmerman..without a trial...All of these proceedings seem to be a classic 'SHOW TRIAL"...

They get in there and first, appoint a foreman. The they will typically take a vote. I suppose if they all vote not guilty right out of the box, it could be over very quickly. Wouldn't that be something!!!!! Usually, though, even when it's cut and dried, they want to talk about their reasons. Remember...there are just 6 of them.
After closing arguments, then the Judge has to give the jury charge. The Jury has to know what they are supposed to do once they get in the jury room for deliberations.

We know, through empirical means, that Trayvon Martin would have much more than likely been an illegal gun carrier (under the circumstance he was of age)....so you're probably right.

The judge ruled against all the Prosecution's requests this morning.

Your point was that most gun crimes, where a black male is the perpetrator, are from illegal guns?

Edit: that isn't a flaw of the justice system.
