Blacks are also much more likely than whites to be VICTIMS of murder.
So, according to the prevailing "logic," there must be a national campaign to increase gun ownership among blacks -- particularly among young black males, who are disproportionately represented as murder victims. Because widespread gun ownership is the only way to reduce crime.

You know who you sound like? The first people from this country who supported gun control. They supported gun control for black people in the American military.
Ending the drug war would probably cut down on half of the murders and other violent crime, at least. That would reduce the amount of money to be made in gangs drastically. It would also stop sending so many young black men to prison, where they're in a trap afterwards. A felon has a very difficult time getting a regular job, which is why they often go back to crime.
Also, the black community has by far the lowest rate of fathers in the household. This is due in large part to the government rewarding black mothers with more government money if they are not married.
Widespread gun ownership is a main reason why Houston, which was similar demographics to Chicago, has a much lower homicide rate than Chicago.

Last stat I saw was well over 70% of black babies are born to single moms. Job well done feminism.
