PolitiFact | PolitiFact's guide to Mitt Romney and abortion

And there you have it.
Soooooooo because some dopey politician says what his 6 figure salaried political adviser says he should say, that makes him pro life? By his own description, if he supports abortion in the case of rape, he is pro choice. Words have meanings; sheesh!

The rape and abduction will, however.

Of course we all know that almost all abortions are done as a matter of convinience for women who got pregnant because they used no birth control.

It's well within the realm of possibility that she was sexually assaulted during this time period.
Question>If she were impregnated, do you feel she should be forced to carry the fetus to term or have the choice to abort?

The choice?

No.

If it's the right thing to do, then abortion in the case of rape should be mandatory.

If it's not the right thing to do, then abortion should be off the table.

Why should one person be given the power of life and death just because they were the victim of a crime?

The better question is, if a special right to kill a child is given to rape victims because they are rape victims, how is extending the same special right to kill a child to non-victims justified?

I don't care if it's for convenience or necessity or rape or birth defects.....a woman has every right to choose what's best for her. I'm not going to be raising that child and neither are you. Women are not brood mares forced to continue a pregnancy to term. It's between a woman and her doctor. Period.

Yea.....a dopey politician that pro-life Republicans chose to represent them and their ideals on the national stage. Supposedly the cream of the Republican crop. LOL

Did Romney give the nomination to himself.....or did REPUBLICANS give it to him?

Ya know.....Republicans.....the party that identifies itself as pro-life.

BTW.....don't ya think Romney's political advisors were.....wait for it......REPUBLICANS?

Why didn't Republican's nominate Santorum to run for President? He is the one who wanted ALL abortion banned.....even in cases of rape and incest. Why didn't pro-life Republicans walk the talk when they had the chance? Hmmmmm?

Being pro-life is OFFICIALLY part of the Republican Party platform.....yet they did not choose the staunchly pro-life Santorum to represent them.

Would you care to explain why?

Instead, they chose Mitt Romney to represent them.....the man who told the world that abortion in cases of rape and incest is OK.

And yes.....words have meanings.....but:

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.

You're a 2-dimensional thinker bubba, and it shows.

Seems like you're the one with the big #FAIL bubba.
How about explaining why Republicans don't nominate candidates that follow their OFFICIAL, pro-life, party platform instead of resorting to juvenile name calling?

Tell me, which party represents your pro-life views if not the Republicans Party?

Or.....do you not consider abortion an important issue when you cast your vote?

No, I have a life, not an agenda. People are way too quick nowadays to pull the nazi card. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Why do you assume she would be forced to give birth.

If she was impregnated maybe she wants to carry to term. Ever consider that. It happens all the time.

And you have no idea if she was sexually assaulted or not.

Stop asking "what if" questions.

No. They don't. Period.

Convenience is the last thing on the minds of women. There's a little thing called the morning after pill for that. Saying what you just did simply shows that you're a liar and a misogynist.
