How come babies who are born in America when neither of the parents' are U.S. citizens and still become U.S. citizen the babies themselves? I think it is unfair and ridiculous. The baby should become U.S. citizen only if at least one of the parent is U.S. citizen or at least having green card.
I heard quite few people from Asia and Europe who come to the U.S. just to give birth to the child so the child could become U.S. citizen, study in America in the future and could move here if wanted in future. I know they could stay for up to 90 days only, but I cannot believe how airlines could let 6-7 months pregnant women fly (I guess third world nations do not care or know). Indeed, wealthy people from the Middle East is doing this frequently.

Amend it again and change it. You can get a million Tea Baggers with their jorts, fanny packs and "God Bless the USA" t-shirts made in China to travel to Washington and hold their breaths until the country gives you what you want.
Understanding that there is more to the 14th Amendment than just saying the vast majority of births on U.S. soil will get citizenship through jus soli...

It's the 14th amendment to the US Constitution. It was originally passed in part so that slaves and their children would become US citizens.
It was very necessary when passed, but needs to be changed now. This is where the term "anchor babies" comes from. Illegal aliens come across and have children here who are born US citizens.
Also, wealthy Chinese women have been flying in to have their children here for the same reason. There were some news articles months back that reported some houses were being used as dormitories of some kind for this purpose.
While it needs to be changed, it never will be. The US politicians have everyone's interest at heart except their constituents.

Correction, the term "anchor babies" comes from the right-wing purveyors of lies and misinformation who unleash it on the foolish dupes who will believe nearly anything that confirms their narrow-minded views of humanity despite little evidence that this is a substantial problem.
