Myself, I really don't see a difference between what she did and abortion. Her way is probably more humane than what happens to a baby during an abortion.

So baby was born, breathing, separated from the mother's body....and you see no difference AND consider it more humane than a miscarriage (the same timeframe most abortions take place also produces the most miscarriages).

I hate to break it to you, but some pro-choice arguments could be used (or modified to be used) to support elective infanticide in at least certain cases.

Break away, there is no such big problem and actually laws to prevent it have been in place for longer than you've been debating.
If you want to say that illegal criminal activity happens, I will agree. That's a different issue however.
