if you never teach kids and young people how to dress APPROPRIATELY for different occasions, becasue, God forbid, it may offend them, you will end up with a necessity to issue a dress code rules in the workplace.
it used to be mothers and fathers to teach the appropriateness of attire depending on the weather, occasion, body type and what is decent and what is not.
Now. if you tell a fat girl that she might want to choose a different length for her shorts and somewhat different style for her top, because, otherwise she looks like a pig mama in too tight of the underwear - it is offending them.
What this has to do with the topic is anyone's guess.
How exactly are they going to check for the underwear? I understand the bra thing, that's just obnoxious, I don't care how small your boobs are, wear one. But underwear? Were teachers flashing their cootch in the classroom or something? I just don't get it.
Don't ask me this is your lefty Hell not my making. My generation knows how to get dressed.

And Oh, I am not in the habit to wear a bra.
Yes well if you're a man I wouldn't expect you to wear a bra, unless of course you need one...or want one.
But again, what does Clinton have to do with it?

Clinton was the governor of Ar, and Little Rock is the capitol city in Ar. Clinton being a misogynistic slob, is going to miss out, if all the female staff must were foundation garments .....
me: yeah I am a trim man.. I like it my wife wears a bra. She is trim too.
If teachers want to be treated like professionals, then dress the part (at the very least, business casual). Teachers are supposed to be the adults, students are the kids. The need to act the part at least. This is where I am supposed to insert the obligatory cheap shot at teacher's unions, but I won't do that. Let's just say, unions need to understand their role is to prevent labor exploitation (their traditional role), not protect indulgent, juvenile behaviors within their particular representative group (their modern role).

In other words, your Clinton comment has absolutely nothing to do with it. Excellent.
When they start wearing bra, male attendance will go down.
