What the hell is this president doing with the nation anyway? Is every branch of the federal government supposed to promote 0bama's political agenda???
Why is the US National Park Service, under their Multimedia Presentation, promoting LGBTQ Rights (A discussion about marriage rights), African American Women in the Suffrage Movement, and a three part video series on AnNur Islamic School?????
Wouldn't you expect there to be multimedia presentations on oh, I don't know..... maybe videos on THE PARKS?? hmm maybe at the bottom of the multimendia page they have a footnote that might lead to the national parks?? Nope! At the bottom of the page we see:
Did you know the women's rights movement formally began in the Wesleyan Chapel in Seneca Falls, New York? More...
Maybe because you are on a Web Page for the Women’s Rights National Historical Park. It appears to me the videos were related to the specific park.
that is the problem with the bureaucrats and politicians which infect our government, its all a big play ground for them. We are $17 trillion in debt, and yet they waste our tax dollars on their own political or personal agendas??? The park service serves a specific function, and it's not to promote gay marriage or Islam.
From the web page:
The intern, Sofia Brewer-Berres that developed the tolerance videos was paid by the Friends of Women's Rights National Historical Park.

Oh come on.
Would you, as a women, rather live in Israel or in Saudi Arabia?
You are extremely mistaken in thinking that in current day, these are all the same.
Ultra-liberals try hard to create the illusion that modern day islam and modern day christianity are the same. I have not love for christianity but even I am not so delusional to think that the two are equal. If christianity is the opium of the masses then islam is the crack, and crack kills.

Again.....that only says the intern was paid by them. It says she developed them. It does not say the entire production did not involve any taxpayer funds.

Its not between Israel or Saudi Arabia. Its about living in Seneca Falls, NY.
But since you raised the comparison, its not like Israel is always a panacea of women's rights free from the actions of religious fundamentalists.
Israel's Orthodox Women: The New Face of Feminism | New Republic ...
A pretty, vivacious mother of five and fitness buff, Philipp is what American Jews would call “modern Orthodox” and Israelis call “national religious.” She keeps a kosher home and wears a knee-length skirt and head scarf, as traditional Jewish law demands, but she is also a confident college-trained engineer, with a smartphone and high-tech sneakers
...
When she went on runs, the five-foot-tall Philipp wore her long skirt and head scarf. But despite her modest dress, on several occasions, Haredi men had cursed her and spat on her, perceiving the mere sight of a woman running as offensive to their beliefs.
...
As she cycled in this outfit past a traffic circle bordering a Haredi neighborhood, she saw a modesty sign and the husk of a shopping center vandalized by Haredi men who feared the project would attract “indecent” non-Haredi customers like Philipp. Suddenly, something struck her on the head, hard. A Haredi man had thrown a rock the size of her fist at her. It bounced off her helmet and clattered to the ground. Shaken, she called for help. But other Haredi men, picking their way along the sidewalk in their black suits and brimmed hats, ignored her. The escalation—from spitting to real violence—left her terrified.
...
Philipp was outraged that, even before the school had opened, the Beit Shemesh government—led by its Haredi mayor, Moshe Abutbul—had backed the ultra-Orthodox, warning parents that the city could not protect their children against any violence that might occur. This proved to be the case: Every day, the harassers showed up outside the school and traumatized the girls, hurling eggs, tomatoes, and bags of feces at them, but the police came only when summoned. Screaming Haredi men were merely redirected to adjacent streets. No arrests were made.
