He was trying to use it as a chip when it came for talks again in late 2012 and then again March 2013. It didn't work either time and it happened. In some cases the cuts were scaled back. However how Obama did his offensive saying what cuts WILL happen (when it was a total lie) was wrong.

Wow. Your logic is flawless.
I'm sorry you dont want to hear the truth, that or you are completely ignorant on reducing INCREASES, isnt a cut, its just REDUCING increases..

This thread is a good reason to not listen to you in regards to economic, or budget issues, because you dont even know the difference between a reduction in increase, and a real cut..
