So technically a immigration, or an agriculture stop is not illegal, but when it turns into a drug search without probable cause, such as refusing to answer questions, then we are getting into an illegal search. But it really does not matter whether they can convict anyone of anything or not, because the whole point of the kangaroo stops is asset forfeiture which adds up to hundreds of millions a year.

If it's not illegal, what's the point of the thread? You stated he was fighting for his rights from taking people's rights away illegally, but you state now it's not really illegal...you are contradicting yourself. If you can't get it straight enough to even talk about it...how can you even make your point?
