These must be the no good leeches that conservatives are always talking about, AKA "The 47%", AKA communists, AKA welfare queens!

Afghanistan and Iraq veterans are doing pretty badly in our economy. Their unemployment rate is 9.7%, their average wage is $10,000 lower than the general population, and for female veterans it's $10,000 lower than males.

As a disabled combat veteran, it really irks me when the military - hating left tries to use veterans to support the communist agenda which so many good Americans died fighting.

If want want to help the military, tell Obama to stop cutting their benefits and increase their pay so they don't need food stamps.

So they need more welfare, I mean benefits, thus adding more to our deficit?

First, I would like to thank you for your service. As far back as I can remember veterans were never treated right when they came home. There have been so many documentaries about this over the years. So I'm not sure why you are blaming obama.

I would think that if people want to do something about it; then its is a veteran benefit problem if its a problem from their war experience. No reason to put others who didn't serve in same debt owed by US. to these war vets. We have always recognized the difference.
