Well apparently he suffers from Schizophrenia and was hallucinating and apparently he was put in a psychiatry hospital for a year and is known to be agitated and hostile when he has a an episode.

So question we ask is how did he get though screening since he embarrassed the South Africa on a day when the word was watching and he was in a very visible spot that the secret Service might want to see how he got so close to the president and would have a internal review as to why they did not pick up on it before hand or have a some type of info on who was going to on stage with the president.

But feel bad for the deaf or hearing impaired since tis has become a major issue and yet my question is if he forgot some how to Remember how to do any common signs but he choose to Fake it till you make it approach and making things up on the fly and was able to not look worried or explain the situation.
