"...Vice President Joe Biden is a folksy kind of guy who has officially entered dirty old man territory..."

"Look how he’s manhandling The Hill‘s White House Correspondent Aime Parnes for this photograph..."

Vice President Joe Biden gropes White House reporter | The Daily Caller

Someone should let Joe know that it's called sexual harassment to touch people at work. That is if they don't like it. Which is why Bill wasn't charged with sexual harassment. But Joe, she clearly didn't like it.

Looks to me like she's laughing. I give the VP a pass. Now, cranky-faced Mrs Obama at the Mandela selfie...if she would have decked him, I would have been good with that, too.

I mean Joe is an ugly duckling, and his personality makes most want to fly far away. But he does have power, and women tend to like the power/money thing, so she might be willing to accept Joe based off that. But if he was say, a bank manager or something she would have already filed charges.

It's two friends in a picture.

Is this really what people are roiling themselves up with for their daily 15 minutes of hate?

Are conservatives really getting so PC that they are telling other people what they consider appropreate, and consider harrassment, at work? Talk about harrassment claims going haywire if the person who was "harassed" doesn't even have a say in the complaint anymore.

What you are saying is that a boss could touch me on the shoulder to get my attention...and since she's a "lefty" I guess conservatives in public who don't even know us in the office get to file a harassment claim without my permission, acceptance, or even knowledge. Seriously?
