Harrier never said that NYC is a church - he mentioned churches and organizations.

NYC is most definitely an organization.

Harrier is on your side.

Harrier has.

The homeless people with which Harrier has interacted tend to like access to telephones and computers because both aid them in obtaining jobs.

Reagan signed (again the Democratic Congress pushed for it and passed it though) allowing discount local calling which only covered land lines at people's homes. The program which you referenced, using wireless phones, does not cover traditional land line operations and instead only covers wireless telcoms. This is because it is now literally cheaper to have a wireless phone than to have a land line.

What's the big deal, lots of us donate to homeless shelters. I'm not amused.

Then you have this, she's holding up electric bills and complaining about the lack of assistance from LIHEAP.

Many of the cheaper LCD Flat Screens are cheaper than the comparable sized tube tv's were back in their day. Donated ones are even a better price.

And that's supposed to be funny? That people are bothered?
I don't think so.

I gave away my old TV to a church, which gave it to a charity. It probably ended up in one of the city's shelter homes. And I didn't buy it… it was given to me by a gal whose brother gave it to her.

When I bought my flat screen in August, I couldn't give away my old-style TV. Salvation Army didn't want it. Renaissance didn't want it. Nobody wanted it.
I set it out on the curb with the remote and the manual, hoping someone would take it. It sat there for about a week until someone kicked the screen in.

My kind? What is that supposed to mean? I'll tell you what my kind is, my kind is the type that uses a TV just like the one in the OP despite the fact I have giant screen TV and can afford to use it.

I'd agree she is just as ridiculous as all the others.
