A recording obtained by Radar shows the former president of the United States had a secret liaison with British supermodel and actress Elizabeth Hurley while he was still in office....It all began with a private screening of “Saving Private Ryan,” when Clinton pulled Sizemore aside and asked him to give him Hurley's number. At first, the actor was hesitant, but gave in after Clinton insisted by saying “ “Give it to me. You dumb [expletive], I’m the Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America. The buck stops here.
