When Megan Kelly questioned Professor Turley what could be done, Im suprised he did not tell Megan that it is up to the congress, not the courts, to bring action against the President's actions.

The Senate wasted no time in challenging President Obama's "recess" appointments filing suit in Federal court.

If the Congress does not act, then that is on them.

My understanding is ,, Congress has no 'standing' to challenge because they are not 'harmed' by what he is doing.
(I disagree because he is usurping their authority)

It is said that an individual or business can file suit because of the randomly applied laws.

The King picks and chooses his friends and enemies and then (penalizes or rewards) , with law as he sees fit.

Liberals will rue the day when their slavish devotion to one President comes back to bite them in the rear end.
