Who suffers the most racism?

Please give backing evidence including forms of racism, whether subtle or blatant, such as discrimination, oppression, violence, white privilege, affirmative action, systematic bias, crime, political correctness, police injustice, quotas, subsidies, welfare, prison, etc. and whether it depends on age and place.

White people are all racists according to black liberation theology of which Obama's church says all white people are of the devil and are the oppressors of the world.

To say black people still don't face racism is unfair. To claim that whites do not face discrimination is also unfair.

However, things are a hell of a lot better now than they were even 20 years ago.

When people are always called "racist" just because of their skin color, that is racism. Blacks still do suffer from racism but so do whites.

Actually you can do both of those things without being called a racist. Plenty of people on both the left and right do it every day.

Being for lower taxes and disagreeing with Obama doesn't get one branded a racist. Claiming you can't do either of those things without being called a racist does, however, get one branded a liar, and rightfully so.

I selected option #3, though it was based upon business-related and personal experience gained throughout my life, in areas with varying demographics. I would stipulate that blacks face more negative effects of such than whites do, though I certainly wouldn't classify it as "by far" unless I was being intellectually dishonest.
