I don't see the world coming together trying to save the poor Syrian people from 3 years of chaos. hundreds of thousands of little kids suffering from starvation and are being slaughtered by gas and missile attacks, and nothing gets done... why does anything that happens with a plane become more important than other atrocities...

Harrier listens to KLAX tower ATC on occasion.

Today a Malaysia Airlines "heavy" was requesting landing clearance on runway 25L.

That momentarily got Harrier's attention until he heard the flight number.

Most likely the aircraft is impersonating a submarine, or sitting on the ocean floor.

It took 2 years to find Air France 447 and this is looking like it will take at least as long.

MH370 is also not the only passenger airliner to disappear.

No, they found wreckage and bodies within 5 days but it took two years to locate the black boxes.
