Yes that is true...............hell I wouldn't have shot the kid I would have just went after him. I have a fourteen year old daughter............kids do dumb ****. But like you say where are this kids parents? It appears nowhere to be seen. I would hope my kid knows better.......but it appears these liberals on this one think its just fine. Just lost folks.

You do seem confused, Serbs are Orthodox, Croatians are often Catholic. Okay I'm backtracking. I've seen a pic of the boy if he weighs more than 130lbs I'd be shocked. The father could have physically handled him. I need to know more about this case.

There is nothing in the system that says you have to believe a defendant's version of events. You can even find a defendant's story wholly incredible and convict him on that basis. That happens all the time.
I would think it likely he did have time to assess the situation,but from outside the room, not inside it. .
Uhhhh, when you've been told there is someone in your daughters room in the middle of the night, you don't sneak up and put a water glass to the door and start listening, you go find out what's going on...
