In this case the property owner confronted 2 snowmobilers (and smacks one upside the head) who kept insisting "We're not doing anything wrong". The snowmobilers have complained to the RCMP but so far no charges have been laid. The catch is that "he got in his truck and caught up with them on his neighbour's property to confront them."

Actually the homicide rate is led by blunt object. Gun is 3rd on the list after knife.
