So what the difference between her being a gun owner and carrying at work VS the armed security officer being present in the bank?

I am going to go with the permission of the bank on that one. You do understand the idea of getting permission right? Especially as it relates to bringing stuff onto someone else's property.

Now she wants to sue the bank since they violated her right to carry.

The business owner can't take away her gun.

But he CAN forbid her entrance to the property. Her, or anyone else, for any reason. If he doesn't want people carrying guns on his property, he can tell them to leave.

Which is exactly what he did.

The bank violated no one's 2nd amendment rights. Note that she still has her gun.

BTW, I think the bank would be better off if they allowed law-abiding people to carry concealed inside the bank. But that's their choice to make.

The armed security officer is hired to carry a gun as part of the job description.

One is tasked with armed protection as part of his/her job duties, one isn't.

Pretty sure bringing a weapon onto your workplace's property, no matter what state you are in, will get you fired pretty quickly.

Not at my current work place it is up to me if I want to carry concealed, (where it's not prohibited). We even have a firearm in our survival gear.

Nor the one before. In fact where I worked before it we were encouraged to carry a firearm if we wanted to and provided firearm training if we wanted it.

I do not work in law enforcement or security.
