Yes we know blacks are beholden to Democrats and conservative blacks will get verbal lashings from democrats and liberals if they disagree and do not vote democrat. But as you said, you agree and now I say we need to get back to the subject of this thread which is.
lesson 2, slavery isnt a mistake made by americans.. It was considered the norm, so if one wants to discuss the impact america had on slavery, and then ignore that we ended it world wide, while claiming its a mistake, then the end result is, ending slavery was a mistake.

Well you are placing full blame on the white man when Africans captured their own and sold them. I would bet that you would embrace the descendant of the people who sold Africans while attacking the other.
I'm glad that America did revolt against the crown. The forefathers recognized the threat of giving a government too much power over the people. They cherised the ideals of individual freedoms, and liberties that were endowed to us by our Creator. It's too bad that there are those in this country feel the government should coddle a person from cradle to grave.

No doubt it's becoming a police state. Which is why we need to get back to adhering to the US Constitution which is in place to prohibit the government from having too much power over the people.
