Science doesn't seem to be on the side of the panicked GMO scare-mongerers. Anecdotal evidence, argument by ignorance, ad-hominem attacks, and conspiracy theories are all I hear....all the hallmarks of people justifying unwarranted fears due to ignorance.

Actually I am all for wildlife etc I believe in keeping the eco system clean etc etc but its 1 kind of turtle that is of no use truly. Species go instinct all the time or simply move it to a zoo with a female and let them mate there. Problem solved. Oh and please don't use words you don't know the meaning to. I am no lefty I am no righty. I take shots at both sides of the aisle especially when they are in the wrong IMO.
He breaks into federal land, refuses to pay the fees associated with cattle grazing there all of his neighbors pay, and has been fighting since 1993. He says he's willing to pay the fees...and never has, so he's lying. He also claims rights to the public land because his family owned the ranch nearby before the BLM existed, and the federal government holds no power over him because...well, just because.
He's a freeman on the land crackpot that liked getting free land to graze his cattle. Now that people are paying attention to him violating the law unlike his neighbors he's raising a stink. Like every other person who thinks they are outside of the law because they are a freeman...he will fail.
Meanwhile, the Lefties want illegals to come in by the 10's of millions and take jobs from AMERICANS that need them and don't blink an eye about how they are causing the obliteration of American's lives. So in Lefty world, a turtle or a beetle or a fish is more important than humans UNLESS those humans are on board with the agenda, THEN and ONLY then will exceptions be made, like letting wind turbines kill bats, eagles and birds and solar panels to burn the feathers off of birds. ONLY THEN is it permissible to forgo the protections of a tiny population of wildlife. It's ALL too clear.
For the record, I'm against illegal immigration and wind turbines.

This would likely have little effect on the MN workforce. As it stands they are already more educated, higher paid, have lower unemployment, and have more valuable real estate than the average American.
