I don't think they've won quite yet.
Sure the Fed retreated but I don't think it's over by a long shot.

I absolutely side with the government here. Why should I side with a freeloading, thieving trespasser and his gang of thugs?

Because any journalist that says it is from the "other side" and is discredited immediately.

Go read foreign news sites and compare their US news to that posted by our news sites.
Americans are NOT getting objective news stories by any means if they only view US MSM sites as "credible".

The FedGov now has "First Amendment Areas" nowhere near the action where one can film.
Try filming outside of those areas and you are arrested.

No. The first amendment areas never got off the ground. Nevada Gov. Sandoval pretty much put a stop to that early on. Local news is covering the action where it occurs. See the local RJ which has had people with Bundy and friends all along.

There is no need to invent problems...there are a sufficient set without help.

Anytime the people can force the government criminals to tuck their tails between their legs and run away, it is win. The people begin to see that government can be stood up to, if enough people stick together.

Invent ?

The BLM actually did set up "First Amendment Areas" did they not ?
There's nothing "invented" or "made up" about that is there ?

Bundy vs. BLM: Interest in cattle dispute widens | Las Vegas Review-Journal
The Bureau of Land Management quietly dismantled its so-called “First Amendment areas” in northeastern Clark County on Thursday, as the fight over Cliven Bundy’s cattle widened into a national debate about states’ rights and federal land-use policy.
..
Before the federal roundup of Bundy’s livestock began, the BLM set up two orange plastic pens as rallying points for demonstrators wanting to protest the ongoing operation on federal land 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas. The move drew criticism from elected leaders and others. In a statement Tuesday, Gov. Brian Sandoval said the First Amendment areas were “offensive” and called on the agency to remove them.

During a conference call with reporters Thursday afternoon, Amy Lueders, state director for the BLM in Nevada, said the agency heard the governor’s concerns and “made some adjustments” to address them.

Yeppers; your federal government is duely respectful and fearful that the military and law enforcement can always be relied upon to see the humanitarian and morally correct side of things to ultimately defy orders to a man

Fairy dust on your cornflakes this morning perhaps?
This is a different time. If you think the minds and politics are as blind as they were back then, get ready to learn something. Recall, there wasn't an online media as robust as this and with media that didn't tote the political line. Every one of those incidents you mentioned was when CNN and the broadcast media was driving the bus. Time to wake up.

A change is coming. God Bless the 2nd Amendment.

Does murdering and removing the population of people inhabiting land so that you can acquire said land not make you a thieving trespasser? They used a gang of thugs to remove the native Americans...

It takes how long to produce a sign like this? Just be honest. No need to fall on the grenade.

Selling Public Land
This isn't the BLM selling the land. I thought that was pretty obvious.
