The Bible is a religious text. Any rulings based on the Bible are informed by religion. A judiciary that bases all its rulings on the Bible is one of the tenets of a theocracy.

We do not live in a theocracy. That's a good thing.

Please tell me what right or wrong from the Bible is incorrect and what you base your objection on.

I base my objection on the fact that the Bible is a religious text. And I am not religious.

You have to have someone tell you what is right and wrong? You have no morality outside of what the Bible tells you is right or wrong? If you never read a bible you'd be killing people and stealing?

You do realize that being a Christian or being religious is not the same thing as wanting Judicial Rulings to be based on religion or the bibie.....

It's even funnier because secular Europe has lower crime rates and equitable justice systems compared to states like Iowa and Mississippi where bible thumpers reign supreme.

Certainly these people wouldn't mind if people had a Koranic interpretation of the laws cause both texts advocate similar things if you read both.
