It's time for American people to speak up, you can easily copy and print this and submit it to your congressional members. I'm sure you can go on the Internet and find a great many forms to use, but this blog is outlining some items we can address, we can force and make changes. But first we have to realize we are the people of this nation and we are the people whom this nation’s leaders are to serve. We allow them to destroy public companies, when means these companies are supported by public made policy and public investor money and regulated by public policy. Now, that gives us the power to insure they are not run in the ground, stripped and ripped and to change the method and manner, executives can loot these companies for self enrichment. When we learn what our power is, then we can exercise it and change things. No Company CEO should be allowed to be Chairman of the Board, nor should they have the power to 'over-leverage companies, which is directly tied to the American Security of the Nation’s Economic Strength and Viability to remain as Stable Industry in America.
I created the forms below, you may copy them and modify it to suit what you want to address, would transfer it and make it a PDF, but the attachments won't allow attachment of PDF format. This cannot be achieved by career politicians, nor can it be achieved by the same politicians who presided over the decline of this nation and the lives of its citizens, its industry and the collusive indenturing process engaged by banks against the citizens, nor can it be achieved by a congress which has allowed Wall Street to over trade corporate commodities and ultimately place the corporation in a no win debt ridden situation.
The undue pressure of Wall Street placed upon corporations to perform beyond their reasonable capacity or their actual ability. Has resulted in Wall Street trader driven demise of corporate America. We demand Change.
As citizens, we have seen elected politicians continually vote their mind, play to party favor and not our voice. We did not elect any congress persons to go and vote their plan as if they are now dictators unto us their subjects and not as their constituents, nor did we vote any person to congress to establish themselves as a career politician.
We further did not vote for any congressional person to enrich themselves with high salary, nor to structure themselves benefits far and above what we as the average citizen have available unto us. We did not vote any person to public office to provide themselves a lifetime pension for serving their elected term.
The Framers of the Constitution did not design a nation for politicians to be made above the common citizens they were elected to represent. Nor did they intend for Public Servants who serve as our congressional persons to be career politicians.

Congressional Reform Act of 2016 - Office
1. No Tenure / No Pension. ( except Social Security benefits)
2. A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.
3. Mandatory Term Limits - [Strict and Firmly Enforced Term Limits]
4. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security.
5. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately.
6. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
7. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
8. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
9. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as the American people.
10. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
11. All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective 1/1/16. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen.
Congressmen made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

Housing Reform Act of 2016
1. Banks are no longer allowed to package and trade Home mortgage Securities to back anything which is not a direct “Municipal Bonds” for City, State or Federal Infrastructure Projects.
2. Commercial Property Real Estate Securities can no longer be used to back anything which is not sanctioned by “Federal, State or Local” Economic Development. Any project which is within this category must be directly linked to ‘Communities Economic Growth and Stability.
3. All Banking Interest Rates will be regulated by the Federal Trade Commission, who must be give authority for any Interest Rate increase from the Federal Reserve System.
4. Single Family Residence within the price range not to exceed $750,000 market value pricing. Are mandated to have an interest rate cap not to exceed 5%.
5. All homes for person making below the Median Income up to 100% of the median income, will be purchased through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and Housing Finance Agency. All payment for these homes will be paid directly to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and Housing Finance Agency. 65% of Profit gains from these loans will be used to fund additional Homes to citizens in these income ranges. 10% will go to improve schools. 5% will be designated to support energy efficiency improvements for 10 years, and review of this 5% will be re-visited in 10 years.
6. As a benefit and relief for Higher Education Expense 3% will be directed to fund College Loan programs. At no more than 2% interest on all educational loans made by this program.
7. 5% can be managed and retained for Disaster Relief and other Programs which directly benefit American Citizens.
8. 5% will be transferred to HUD to improve the expansion and building of Low Income Homes.
9. 10% will be retained for Program Security Reserves.
This program eliminates the potential for Banks to have the mechanism of control over the homes, their values, interest rates. It will further preclude banks from ever having the ability to bring down a nation and erode the most valued possessions of citizens and this nation, and that value is the homes of American Citizens.

Corporate Reform Act of 2016
Economic Stability of a Nation is directly tied to its economic modeling and management of its corporate function. Its corporations must function as a service to the public. In turn the public support the corporations by their patronage of productions from corporations. Our employment is the drive of our Capital growth. It is the foundation of our economic viability, directly tied to our standard and quality of life as American Citizens. We can no longer allow greed to be the defeat of the model of economic function within this nation.
Regulatory Management of Corporate Enterprise if a Responsibility of our governing system.
Mandates for Change:
Company ASSET Value Management
- A company should never have more than 35% of itself on Public Traded Stock Markets,
- 20% should be in Fixed Rate Surety Bonds-Held by the company.
- 10% employee owned
- 10% to Retirement Investments –
- 25% in liquid reserve. Brokers & Banker games then cannot destroy a company.
- In trouble times do select stock offering of 5% against the 25%. This must be secured with a bond to back these stocks, which must be satisfied and returned to retention of 25% within 5 years.
Companies would carry very little if any debt if the invested money went to the company. The investor takes the risk the company will turn a profit or endure a loss. Any funds collected from Investors must go directly into an account in the sole name of the corporation. Broker Fee per trade must be paid by the Traders not to exceed fixed dollar amount per trade based on volume (not to exceed what online trades are rated as the standard. Brokers are given a commission of 0.005% on Quarterly Balance in the Account from the corporation. We then can avert brokers and traders from turning these stocks into a casino game, or a pyramid scheme program and tools of greed.

Public Traded Company can pay any Hired CEO a salary to exceed $1.000.000. Per year. Housing and other Perks cannot exceed $150,000.00 per year.
Neither stock allowance, nor stock options will be afforded any CEO at a price any different than any employee may purchase at a discount. Volume limits are to be placed on this commodity of stock offering. 1000 share per year. (the higher the public traded value of the stock, the lower number of shares given at a discount, Maximum amount of shares given cannot exceed $250,000.00 in any given year) Any additional stock must be purchased on the open market from the % of stock available for general public offering.
No Golden Parachutes. Severance will be equated the same as any other employee. No Executive contract can contain any clauses which violate this rule.
Pension will be contributory to all executive, into the exact same pension program which is afforded to the employees. CEO Pension compensation cannot have any Match to exceed a cap of $60,000.00 per year for CEO.
Bonus will be capped at $50,000.00 per quarter. All Senior Executives and others capped at $15,000.00 per quarter
No company that has gone public can be converted into a privately held company.

Insurance Reform Act of 2016
Insurance companies must invest 40% of their Profit Gains in the area or categories they insure.
No Health Insurance and No Life Insurance company are allowed to use any proceeds to back Credit Default Swaps.
Any Person Insured with a valid claim must be paid what the coverage states, and coverage must state its details of coverage in clear and concise layman’s terms. Payment is to be made within 30 days of claim.
Exclusions must not be written nor be allowed to be structured to defeat any covered term. Any Exclusion must be clear and concise and written in Layman’s terms, and disclosed at the time of sale of any and all policies.
Inclusion Riders must be made available at a reasonable cost.
Reserve Funds must be isolated from any erosion, by placement in a secure instrument that is invested in secure commodities, which can suffer no principal funds erosion.
