Have you ever given food to a homeless person? Well, if you do it again in the future it might be a criminal act depending on where you live. Right now, there are dozens of major U.S. cities that have already passed laws against feeding the homeless. As you will read about below, in some areas of the country you can actually be fined hundreds of dollars for just trying to give food to a hungry person.

Giving this to beggars is like feeding stray cats. First you feed one and then they come back the next day for some more, then you give them some more and they come back the next day with a friend looking for some more. Then after a few months you have hundreds looking for a hand out.

You keep going back to the well until it runs dry.

Most cities have programs in place to help those truly in need already funded by the tax payers, most are just double dipping from those that are none the wiser.

That's it? A measly $100?

Those people who give money to the "homeless" (snicker) should be arrested for aiding and abetting, complicity, conspiracy and accessory before the fact.

They should also be civilly liable for damages.

As soon as these pathetic enablers start getting slammed with bank account seizures and massive legal bills, they'll think twice.

But my plan is the best....give the "homeless" $10, a brown-bag lunch, a parachute and kick their ass out the back of C-130 on a drag run over Somalia, or Myanmar or some other hell-hole.

Amused....

They're unsightly, smelly, and expensive. It is wise to not make them comfortable.

Lots of homeless people have serious mental illnesses and aren't exactly choosing their lifestyle.

Are you advocating kicking American citizens out of the country because they're down on their luck? Nice.

That is true, and anyone who would let themselves go homeless usually has some form of mental illness.

Many are, and food/shelter/medication is already being provided to them. Most money that is received is used to feed addiction.

The point remains, people will beg as long as someone will give them money.

Call the ACLU. It was their lawsuit that resulted in the Supreme Court ruling that the rights of the mentally ill were violated by locking them up. As a result, we turned them loose on the streets.
