The ancient Greeks did all their workouts naked. It was one of the thing that kept the Jews from becoming fully Hellenized around the time of 2-300 BC, when Greek culture was spreading across the mid-east. They had to stay out of the gymnasiums because of the nudity.
Yeah I never understood why so many people our ashamed of the human body. Remember how folks were up in arms over Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake with the costume fiasco?

So you think it is ok to use violence (the backing of all laws)to force them out of public because you don't want to see people naked? I don't want to see fat people, is it ok for me to use violence to force them out of public?
It is not a violation of rights if somebody offends your sensibilities. It is however a violation of rights for you to use violence on someone for offending you.
