Liberties, means choices.

You have the liberty and choice to go elsewhere.
You have the liberty and choice to start a competing business.

You are not at liberty, to force me to serve you. That would make me your slave.
When you discriminate, you take away choices from those you are discriminating against. Which you seem not to understand because you seem to support discrimination, which means you are against freedom of liberty.

Using civil disobedience to protest being discriminated against =/= Using civil disobedience to protest not being able to discriminate.

They may not have done that, but they are forcing a man to bake a cake against his will for an event that violates his Religion (which is SUPPOSED TO BE protected under the 1st Amendment) and if he refuses they will destroy his business, his livlihood, his Right to Pursue Prosperity, and probably his family as well as he will be out of work and no longer able to pay his mortgage, thus making them homeless.

It's almost just as bad. It's Fascist Bullying and anyone who isn't blinded by their own agenda can clearly see it.

A baker is being forced to do something against their will, in violation of their rights under the 1st Amendment.

Can I force a Kosher deli to cater a party that violates Kashruth? After all, they run a business and must serve me if I so demand.

Can I force a Muslim restaurant to cater a bar(t) mitzvah?

Are you a reincarnation of that poster NY Jew? You have the same resoundingly ignorant arguments as he does.

The 1st amendment does not extend to this arena. The 1st amendment allows you an individual right to practice your religion. It does NOT allow you a means to do whatever you want under the guise of religion. This has been litigated in the past.

The Kosher deli could not refuse to serve you, however you could not force them to cater non-kosher foods. It doesn't work like that.

Who in their right mind would eat a cake they forced someone to bake? I'll never forget that movie where the college kids used a pit-bull to provide some extra ingredients to the pastries.
ugh.. I can't believe anyone could entertain such a thought as this.. gays are people just like us but they promote something I do not agree with. I would in no way harm any person regardless of who they are ..

Unless they harm others... . I do not like that gays promote their life style.. that is my beef.. If they leave society alone and stop with gay marriage banner and looking for support and promote it , then it would not be such a controversial subject.

I can like a homosexual, after all they are people who fell into a wrong lifestyle, but I don't have to support their lifestyle .

Better example then.

I am hosting a large gathering of the Aryan Nation and a few other white supremacy groups. Can I force a black owned and operated soul food caterer to cater my event? Including attending and serving the guests at my event?

Still believe that a business should be forced to serve anyone who demands being served?
