They encourage that kind of action. When the crazies blather on about "second amendment solutions" how "we came unarmed, this time" or "if the ballot box doesn't work there's always the ammo box" When the crazies advocate armed rebellion and even state that armed rebellion is their constitutional right and then are told by people like Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin et al that they're patriots and real Americans, that's giving them the go ahead for an armed uprising. Then when you add into that mix yammering and yapping about how Obama's a dictator and he's coming to take away all the guns and you have people like Hannity, Limbaugh, and Palin agreeing with that and saying yeah Obama is a dictator well now gee what was it those crazies were saying about dictators and tyranny and second amendment solutions? Yeah that's right, sooner or later some of those crazies are going to do exactly what they said they would do, exactly what Fox News and the other right wingers encouraged them to do, and people, most likely government officials, are going to be shot and killed

While I hesitate to accuse specific people of specific criminal actions, there is no question that RWNJs foster the sickness in our society that leads to many terrible outcomes, and generally foster the kind of sordid ignorance among their adherents that leads to a tendency toward getting one's way with violence rather than accepting the realities associated with the fact that one lives in society with others.

they dont care. they only care about their feelings and laying blame on someone on the right for every tragedy they can think of, especially when the person causing the tragedy is a leftie.

First, armed rebellion isn't a constitutional right, it is a natural right. If you don't understand why, I advise you to reread the Declaration of Independence. Keeping in mind that Thomas Jefferson's Declaration of Independence(especially his original draft) is basically a ripoff of John Locke's Second Treatise of Civil Government. And influenced greatly by other great thinkers like David Hume and Jean Jacques Rousseau.

Ideology in Ideological Origins of the American Revolution

My two favorite political philosophers of all time were Locke and Rousseau.

The real friction in the world today, is that people like yourself are basically "Hobbesians". Who believe a powerful government is necessary. And that even when the government is behaving abusively and arbitrarily, life is still better than during the chaos of either its absence, or its attempted overthrow.

And your views of government really rely entirely on your views of the "state of nature". Basically, if you assume that people are largely reasonable, and that power is necessarily corrupt. Then you will probably become as you call them a "RWNJ". If on the other hand you believe that people are largely unreasonable, and that only government power can "keep order" in society, then you are going to be a "statist"(probably a progressive or a neo-conservative).

State of nature - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

With that said, conservatives such as Bill O'Reilly, Hannity, and Palin will never espouse a need for the violent overthrow of government. They are just as much statists as liberals, just in a different way. The real RWNJ's are not conservative. They are classical liberals/libertarians and anarchists.

You would probably consider me a RWNJ, but I haven't watched Fox News in probably 10 years. The only Fox News I ever see, is from clips on Jon Stewart's Daily Show. Or from clips on "Realclearpolitics.com".

Rousseau's Theory of the State

Yet, most gun violence is committed by people who support democrats.
