''Organizers of San Francisco’s pride weekend festivities have yanked the welcome mat away from the National Guard, voting to ban the Guard from setting up a booth at the festival.''

''The decision comes at the same time Pride organizers are allowing a controversial Army private who leaked military secrets to be honorary grand marshal.''

''The board of the San Francisco LGBT Pride Celebration Committee rejected a request from the Guard to set up an informational booth at Civic Center Plaza during Pride Weekend.''

National Guard Not Welcome This Time At San Francisco LGBT Pride Weekend; Chelsea Manning Is « CBS San Francisco

This news has been all over the Bay Area. This pro gay stuff is going too far! Now gay activists are attacking our troops?! When will the Fascism end?! I thought the gay rights movement was all about tolerance? Guess not. Our military Men and Women fight and die so you can have the freedom to be gay and have your disgusting parades, and this is how you treat them? That's a slap in the face to our troops everywhere!

And they welcome Chelsea Manning? A sexually confused transgender soldier who stole classified documents and released them to the enemy? They support that traitor?

What is our society coming to?

Maybe the Giants are at home that weekend. If so, take in a ball game.

From your link.

The military’s current ban on transgender service members serving openly, minority recruitment tactics, and sexual assault scandals were factors in the board’s decision, Pride Executive Director George Ridgely told LGBT news weekly Bay Area Reporter

Manning is in prison for the next 35 years. I doubt he is being let out on a day pass to lead a parade.

They can come up with any excuse they want, it all goes back to the hatred some SanFran liberals have towards the US Military. Several years ago the excuse was the ban on homosexuals serving in the military. Homosexuals can now serve in the military and still some universities continued to try to ban the ROTC and SanFran liberals find another excuse to try to keep the military out of their city,...again.

What does that have to do with the National Guard? Furthermore, do they have any proof for those claims? And while I'm fine with ending Don't Ask Don't Tell, banning Transgender is not discrimination as they are mentally ill individuals and have no place in combat.

The gay activists are discriminating against our troops!

Well then, maybe it's time for some Californian to institute an annual military pride parade in San Francisco. Since I don't live in the area, I nominate you.
