Humans are incredibly complex creatures, aren't they?

I wish I could say that I'm surprised.

But of course, I can't.

Fair trial, guilty verdict, and then a long, long prison sentence.

Sin is real. The consequences suck.

If guilty, he needs to honor the judgment and use this opportunity to get himself right with the Lord.

No wonder people don't trust holier than thou Christians.

They like to champion how they are more moral, and better, than "less faithful" Christians and those who are not. It's just a cover for their sins to proudly exclaim their faith. Once people look into their activities it becomes obvious...like Ted Haggard, Jimmy Swaggart and Jim Bakker. They like to portray questioning, or proceedings, as an attack against any of the faithful...when it is really that dickheads try and use it to shield themselves from criticism.

Way to stereotype there, ecw. Your liberal tolerance is exemplary.

I wonder... has a non-Christian ever been charged with a sex crime?

I saw on the news that a Mexican was caught robbing a gas station the other day. Just more confirmation that you can't trust Mexicans. No wonder people don't trust Mexicans.

I don't see much difference between criminal televangelist *******s that pretend to be more faithful than others, fleece their parishioners, that eventually get caught and shield themselves behind the Bible. If you want to defend child molesters, adulterers, and drug addicts because they extol how faithful they are...go ahead.

If it's "liberal tolerance" to dislike scam artists, child molesters, and those that break their oaths...yep, not sorry. If it's "conservative tolerance" in your opinion to tolerate those who diddle kiddies, claim to be the most faithful while breaking the commandments, and cheating on their spouses...that's your business. I can't see many people really agreeing.

I was robbed at knifepoint before..............by an Anglo. I guess you can't trust Anglos either, eh?

Seriously, OP, I'm pretty certain that you're an atheist, probably a lifelong one as well, but you seriously can't expect all Christians to be pious individuals free of sin, do you?

That being said, I always question the motives of those who scream the loudest about something, most commonly those fixated on homosexuality it's like some sort of compensatory mechanism
