Pretty much what Hadoken posted above. A complete LACK of any physical evidence of assault, plus no documentation/complaint with any law enforcement agency. Plus no witnesses to corroborate Cumia's story.

So, other than Cumia's whackaloon rant on Twitter, what evidence do you have that it DID happen?
