Such issues include things like marijuana use and same sex marriage. In contrast, a state law on gun magazine capacity is un-constitutional because the right to keep and bear arms without infringement is written into the Constitution.

Yes Kerry is a sham. He spent three months in Vietnam and is called a war hero. I spent three and a half years in Vietnam, what does that make me? Not a hero for sure. How can a man get three Purple Hearts in three months and not miss one days work? BS
It doesn't have to be that way though. If we got back to diversity rather than favoring Latinos in our legal immigration numbers and put a stop to illegal immigration (mostly from the same ethnic group) our demographics wouldn't change that much. There is no reason to just "adapt and evolve" when plainly what is happening isn't what our country was all about in regards to immigration.

I for one like this new, multi-lingual cosmopolitan culture. It's refreshing to hear multiple languages spoken when I'm out and about.

My point is that the growth of the legal Hispanic population is such that in 20 or 30 years whites will no longer be a majority, regardless of what happens with illegals. Whites will remain a plurality, but will no longer represent a majority.
