If it was not expensive and great deal of money to be made why the need for the laws? If you don't think there isn't great deal of money to be made in environmental legislation you're being naive. Do you think the the natural gas industry which gave 26 million and the millions from renewable energy corporations going to the Sierra Club is because it was the right thing to do? LOL

Form 2007 until 2010 they accepted 26 million dollars from Chesapeake Energy... that's one company. They wanted to give them another 30 million until the **** hit the fan.

I haven't seen what seems to be intentional delusion like that in a very long time.

Why don't you educate yourself a little. I'll give you your first lead - do thirty minutes of research on the Chicago Climate Exchange.

Have fun. You have an awful lot to learn.

Yeah and Republicans would never do anything like this. Should you be pissed off about this then you should be asking yourself why did conservative judges rule the way they did in the Citizens United case.

"Enemies of the State"? Really?
Clue: Big business and the Rich push their agendas for whatever reasons, just like oil, gas and coal industries do the same, just to name a few. What I am surprised about is that anyone was so out of touch to not know this is business as usual.

And the coal industry and oil industry have no clout in Congress...that is truly hilarious.

As to the "need for laws" is simple: to stop industries, like coal, from poisoning the water, air and natural environment. That is the easiest question I have ever answered.

I guess these donations to environmental protection will force the environmental degraders to have to spend even more to keep polluting for profit.

Not God's work. They don't believe in God...remember. God's some fairytale invention of the bible-thumping conservatives.
Maybe they're doing Darwin's work. Or Freud's. Or Lenin's. But never God's.
I just spit my coffee out, lol.
