Regardless of what he did, he will be defended by black posters here. It is kinda like reparations

Maybe so..... legally.

You totally missed the point of what I was saying apparently. Just because a cop shoots a black kid doesn't automatically mean it's """RACISM""" """RACISM""" """RACISM"""

Darrin Wilson, 6 year veteran of the force. Have not seen his picture yet. His life must really suck now, but at least he is alive, unlike his victim.

lynch mobs never need any evidence.
they deal out justice fast and with full vengeance. because they know god is with them. they are a righteous people. but are lynch mobs always right?
of course they are. if you are angry you must be right.
except of course if you are the one being lynched.

I wonder if the key witness, Dorian Johnson, plans to change his story.

Makes you seriously doubt what these witnesses actually saw vs what they said they saw.

Well of course if it is found the shooting was unjustified then prosecute the officer to the fullest extent of the law. I've been Voicing my opinion against the over-militarization of Local Law enforement since I was an LEO many years ago. Again I stress OVER because like it or not police agencies are paramilitary organizations and always/should be.

I don't think it was the fact that the kid was killed. I think it was he was several feet from the cop car and shot several times. For many, it seems like an overt exertion of power.

If you believe it happened yes since there were several other witnesses that dispute that (and hopefully the FBI will find who is credible or not); however the Police didn't release anything to support this assault yet they were happy to release photos of the "suspect." Pretty one sided release of information.

Going by the reaction of the entire Police Dept to this issue, and the obvious bent up frustration with the local populace, there is obviously a "pattern of life" issue with the police in this area so I am giving them the same leway as the witnesses who say the opposite who may've been aquiantences of the suspect.
