I did not cheer, I was doing basic math, you do not risk 300,000,000 to save 2 lives.

I think many parts of Africa have become permanent welfare states. It may sound good and compassionate in the short run to send aid to the needy.......but when it becomes a way of life, you are not doing anyone a favor.
