Well of course, that gives them excuse to expose themselves in public. If you have a medical issue, use adult diapers. Or take medication.

You're seriously telling me that every person that has a medical condition should be able to pee anywhere just because? I think if we look at most of these incidents, it would involve large amounts of alcohol and young adult men.

It is possible to hold the following positions at the same time:
  1. People should not urinate in public
  2. Being ostracized from society is too harsh of a penalty for those who do so

If we are to respect law, there has to be a proportionality between transgression and punishment.

People got their 3rd strike for shoplifting. And who, again, is the victim in cases of drug possession?

Crime is crime and a repeat offender is a pain on society. Time for all of them to go away forever.

Any of YOU committed a crime? I do not mean an ordinance violation as in minor traffic offenses but an actual crime? Me-never.

No one has been sent to life in prison for three shoplifting offenses.

Correct. 2 felonies and one case of shoplifting would do it.

The "shoplifting" would have to be for enough money to be a felony. It take 3 felonies.

I don't believe the story. There has to be more to it, or it is totally false.

You mean Pete Townshend and his mates were doing nothing unusual?
