Odd, many here have proclaimed Brown robbed a store, but he was never convicted of that, or even arrested.
And if there was actual video of the shooting (that showed the cop acting maliciously) many people wouldn't be proclaiming the Officer's innocence either.

I know, however I do not believe that all of the facts in this case have yet come to light. I reserve judgement.
Too many conflicting stories right now, even eye witness accounts have changed.
I do not give a damn if the cop is white like I am, there lies the difference. Most white people I know want justice to prevail. But let the professionals do their damn job, without all the hoopla taking place.
If the police officer is found to be guilty, he shall pay, until then, I believe more facts are out there.
I'm confused by this though. He couldn't very well get arrested now because he's dead. Not sure the point you're trying to make.
His buddy, who is alive, was also not arrested.
This full case so far, both the 18 year olds and cops, no convictions, no arrests. Another poster lamented Wilson was being pre-convicted. So were the 18 year olds, seen in a grainy store video (my phone takes better video). He failed to mention neither Brown nor his buddy were also either arrested or convicted.

I think you're missing the point. Johnson admitted to the theft. The theft is not in question but the circumstances of the shooting is in question. Thus, the idea that, without either a confession or evidence, the court of public opinion has convicted Wilson.
No conviction, no arrests. Exactly the same position as of now Wilson is in.
Dead is the operative word here.

I think, if he now had a choice .. he'd prefer "arrested".
