Yes, in fact, I WOULD "take issue" with the cops!
However, when the first rock was thrown, or the first window was broken, THEN the arrests should start!

*Example* How about someone starts spreading reports you like the diddle little kiddies and should die?*Example*

Should this person be allowed to do so? It's their free speech. What's the harm?

So calling in bomb threats should be legal? Yelling fire in a crowded theatre?

How about I just stand outside your apartment with a bullhorn reading from the phone book at 3AM?

Come on now, give it a rest...there is plenty of historic precedent for why riling up people and urging them on to commit specific violence is against the law. Lynching comes to mind.

Actually, that is not protected as free speech - it would be slander or libel.

Actually, you can sue them. It's not protected as "free speech" unless the person in question actually was known to have done those things.

Okay, I PERSONALLY don't need the Godvernment initiating force on my behalf against other's speech. I am not afraid of speech. You are free to fear whatever you'd like.

Should anyone fear "stormfront" any more than a closed door congressional meeting? Hardly.
So you believe that the gal that went around trying to find someone to kill her husband and then paid an undercover cop 10k to do it, including giving him a time and unlocking the back door.....shouldn't be charged with solicitation of murder?
